Ingredients

  • Pecan-Orange Crust
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ½ cup finely crushed pecans

  • 1 tbsp orange zest

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup light brown sugar, packed

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • Cheesecake Filling
  • 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tbsp orange zest

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp orange extract

  • 3 large eggs

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • Orange gel food coloring (a few drops)

  • Topping
  • Candied orange slices (homemade or store-bought)

  • Whipped cream (from scratch or your fave spray can—no judgment)

Directions

  • Make the Crust
Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine graham crumbs, crushed pecans, orange zest, vanilla extract, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
  • Mix the Filling
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add sugar, zest, vanilla, and orange extract. Mix until combined. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in sour cream until just incorporated.
  • Swirl it Up
Split batter into two bowls. Color one with orange gel food coloring. Alternate scoops of orange and vanilla batter into the crust. Use a butter knife to gently swirl—don’t overdo it.
  • Bake Like a Pro
Bake at 325°F for 50–60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly. Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let cheesecake rest for 1 hour inside. Chill in the fridge at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Top & Serve
Before serving, pipe or spoon whipped cream around the edges and nestle candied orange slices between the dollops.

Notes

  • This ain’t no boxed cheesecake mix.
This is elegance with citrus swagger.
    This is a dessert moment.
So slice it thick. Serve it cold. And don’t forget to remind everyone — this isn’t just cheesecake… it’s a creamsicle dream dressed in high heels. 🔥
