Smokehouse Brisket BBQ Patty Melt with Garlic Parmesan Fries & Creamy Coleslaw

Smokehouse Brisket BBQ Patty Melt with Garlic Parmesan Fries & Creamy Coleslaw

“This Patty Melt Means Business”

You ever take one bite of something and think, “Yep… this is exactly why I keep stretchy pants in my closet”?
Yeah, this is that meal.

We’re talking beef-on-beef magic here — a juicy, seasoned burger patty with melty American cheese, then piled high with tender, smoky brisket like it just came off the pit. Add a heap of sweet caramelized onions and a shameless drizzle of Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce (both on top and underneath because we don’t do half-flavor around here), and sandwich it all between buttery garlic toast that’s pressed just enough to lock in the goods.

And let’s be clear — this is cheat meal royalty. If you came here looking for something light, fresh, and delicate… you’re in the wrong kitchen, my friend. This patty melt came to play, and it brought backup.

Oh, but it doesn’t stop there. This bad boy rolls deep with crispy garlic Parmesan fries on the side — the kind you grab with your fingers before the plate even hits the table — and a creamy, tangy coleslaw that cools things down just enough to make you think, “I could totally eat this again tomorrow.” Spoiler: you will.

This isn’t your everyday sandwich. This is a full BBQ feast disguised as a patty melt — a fork-and-napkin situation that doesn’t apologize for being over the top. And honestly? It shouldn’t.

Notes

  • This patty melt doesn’t just sit pretty on a plate — it brings the whole BBQ experience straight to your taste buds. Bold, saucy, cheesy, crispy, creamy… and yes, dangerously addictive. Better make extra, because the smell alone will have people showing up ‘just to say hi.
