1 tsp onion powder

4 brioche buns, toasted
8 butter lettuce leaves
2 large tomatoes, sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- Homemade Tzatziki Sauce
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 English cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
1 tbsp garlic paste (or 1 clove minced garlic)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: 1 tbsp olive oil (omit if you prefer oil-free)
- For the Garlic Parmesan Sweet Potato Fries
2 large sweet potatoes, cut into fries
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions
- Make the Tzatziki Sauce:
– Combine yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic paste, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
– Let it chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. - . Prepare the Chicken:
– Mix garlic paste, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and Accent (if using).
– Rub chicken with olive oil and seasoning mix.

– Preheat oven to 425°F (or air fryer to 400°F).
– Toss sweet potato fries in cornstarch, then olive oil, salt, and pepper.
