Garlic Butter Ribeye Sliders with Garlic Parmesan Fries

Garlic Butter Ribeye Sliders with Garlic Parmesan Fries

If game day doesn’t include meat, butter, and fries—what are we even doing?
These garlic butter ribeye sliders are what happens when steakhouse energy meets couch-bound chaos. Juicy, seared ribeye gets doused in garlicky butter, piled high on sweet slider buns, and served up with golden garlic parmesan fries.

Whether you’re yelling at the screen, playing host, or just feeding the fellas, this recipe delivers serious main-character energy.

The best part? No grill necessary. Just a skillet, a good cut of steak, and enough butter to make your ancestors proud. Skip the cheese if you want, throw in some caramelized onions for sweetness, and don’t forget the fries—crispy, salty, and absolutely smothered in garlic and Parmesan.

Ingredients

  • For the Sliders:
  • 1½ lb boneless ribeye steak, thinly sliced against the grain

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced

  • 12 King’s Hawaiian slider buns

  • Optional: mayo or garlic aioli for spread

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

  • For the Garlic Parmesan Fries:
  • 1½ lb russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into fries

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan

  • Salt to taste

  • Optional: chopped parsley or garlic powder for extra flavor

Directions

  • Make the Fries:
Soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
Toss with olive oil and salt.
Bake at 425°F for 30–35 min (flipping halfway) or air-fry until golden.
Toss with minced garlic, Parmesan, and parsley while hot.
  • Sauté the Onions:
In a skillet with a splash of oil, cook onions over medium heat until golden and soft. Set aside.
  • Cook the Steak:
Season ribeye with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire.
In a hot skillet, cook steak slices for 2–3 minutes until just browned. Set aside.
  • Make Garlic Butter:
In a small pan, melt butter with minced garlic until fragrant (1–2 minutes).
Pour over cooked steak and toss to coat.
  • Assemble the Sliders:
Toast the slider buns if desired.
Add a smear of mayo or aioli, pile on the garlic butter steak and onions.
Top bun on, skewer if you’re feeling fancy.
  • Serve with fries.
Bring napkins. And maybe a beer.

Notes

  • Steak. Butter. Buns. Boom.
These sliders don’t play—they dominate. And those garlic parm fries? Main character energy.
Game day or not, this meal says: “I came to eat and talk trash.”
    Mission accomplished.
