Loaded Taco Salad

🥗 Taco Salad, But Make It Wild

Let’s get one thing straight—this isn’t some limp-lettuce, sad-lunchbox excuse for a salad. This is a loaded, no-apologies, chip-crunchin’, beef-sizzlin’, flavor-bomb Taco Salad that doesn’t care about your food guilt.

We’re talking spiced-up ground beef nestled into a bed of romaine like it owns the place. Tortilla chips? Front and center, because we don’t believe in hiding the crunch. Shredded cheddar? Generous. Cherry tomatoes? Fresh and juicy. Red onions? Bold. Jalapeños? Bring the heat, baby. And then—like a glorious crown—comes that creamy duo of sour cream and guac sitting pretty in the middle like they know they’re the main characters.

You don’t toss this salad. You build it. You layer it. You devour it.

Perfect for a weeknight dinner when you want flavor without fuss. Even better when you’re feeding a crew that likes their salad with a side of sass and a whole lot of attitude.
