Ingredients (Old Bay Parmesan Salmon Bold Garlic Version)

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, skin on or off)

  • 4 tbsp melted unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp garlic paste (or 2 cloves minced garlic)

  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

  • Ingredient (Garlic Lemon Butter Linguine)
  • 8 oz linguine

  • 2 tbsp salted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: chopped parsley and lemon slices for garnish

Directions

  • Prep the Salmon: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place salmon fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet. In a bowl, mix melted butter, Old Bay, black pepper, garlic paste, and lemon zest. Spoon over salmon. Sprinkle Parmesan generously over each fillet.
  • Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and topping is golden.
  • Make the Linguine: Cook linguine in salted water until al dente. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 min). Stir in cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss in the drained linguine and coat in sauce.
  • Plate and Serve: Plate linguine first, then top with salmon. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.

Notes

  • If this dish doesn’t earn you applause from the dinner table, you might need new dinner guests. Save it, share it, and definitely make it again—because once you’ve had salmon like this, there’s no going back. Stay hungry, stay bold!
